When the world’s largest payments company wants to make an impact with new customers
or influence existing ones, it can’t just say ‘We
are the biggest and best so you have to listen!’
My current role is to take the needs of the customer, the solutions of the company, the benefits for both, and design a compelling and concise message which everyone can socialise around and agree commitments together. The design is probably the easiest part with all my experience, the skill is using my depth and breadth of experience to do it in a way that delivers value and bonds internal stake holders and external customers together. Thats what I do at Worldpay and would love to do with you.
